Warming up and stretching

To relieve and avoid muscle soreness after sport, you have to warm up and stretch your muscles before and after the sport itself. For this, before the sport, a warm-up of at least 5 minutes and after the sport, a stretch of 10 minutes are strongly recommended. These stretches and warm-ups will relieve your muscles and prevent any risk of tearing. When doing your warm-ups and stretches, do them slowly and gradually.

The ideal is to drink between 2.5 to 3 liters of water throughout the day.
