An example of a routine to adopt to lose fat

Having a lean and slim body is almost everyone’s dream. However, it is not always easy to get rid of fat from our bodies. Maybe you just weren’t doing the right thing? So what kind of habit should we integrate into our daily lives to lose fat? Here’s an example of a routine you can do every day.

Drink water when you wake up

We will never tire of repeating it: water is life. About 60% of our bodies are water. Therefore, in order to stay healthy and keep fit, it is important to drink water. Drinking water when you wake up, in particular, eliminates accumulated toxins from our body, more precisely in the digestive system.

It should be noted that the accumulation of toxins not only accelerates the formation of fat, but also slows down its elimination. So, by drinking water right after waking up, you wake up and cleanse your digestive system, flush out toxins, fats and acids, but you also boost your brain.

Eat protein in the morning

Eating eggs or any other protein-rich food in the morning helps limit calorie consumption throughout the day, especially for the next 36 hours. Basically, eating protein can therefore contribute to body fat loss. In addition, it also helps boost metabolism and concentration.

Besides eggs, there are other foods that are sources of protein. You can, for example, eat cheese or ham. Also, note that it is always better to eat salty than sweet in the morning. Indeed, the salty is much more substantial and will prevent you from feeling hungry before lunch. You avoid small nibbles between meals.

Stay active during the day

A sedentary lifestyle is one of the evils of the century and it is what makes you gain weight quickly. So, to lose fat, you need to stay active during the day. To do this, you don’t always have to go to the gym or go for a run. Changing a few bad habits should already help you stay active during the day.

You can, for example, prefer walking to public transport or to your vehicle. You can also walk up and down the stairs instead of taking the elevator. At the same time, it’s important to get up as often as possible (every 30 minutes or every hour) when you’re at work. Sitting for too long can block weight loss.
