For the preparation, you must start by preheating your oven to 180 °. Then you then need to peel and mince the onion and garlic. It is also necessary to clean the parsley (wash it, dry it and chop it). When it’s ready, you can move on to cooking.

You must put your pan on the fire and with a drizzle of olive oil. Then, pass the onion, minced meat and garlic for 5 minutes. After, you have to add the spices, pepper and salt according to taste. Then you can add the tomatoes before letting everything simmer for about ten minutes. During this time, you can take the opportunity to drain the corn and kidney beans.

When it’s done, you can pour into the dish gratin, minced meat. Then add the parsley and kidney beans. The contents of the dish should be mixed with sour cream. After the dish must be covered with grated cheese. Leave for 15 minutes in the oven and it’s ready! Your food will never go bad with a recipe like this.
